Our printed books are sold, printed and shipped by Amazon. Shipping times, returns and refunds for those orders follow Amazon's policies. Please contact Amazon for help with an Amazon order.
Digital products
Printable PDFs and other digital downloads are delivered instantly by email or download link. Because they can't be returned, digital sales are final. If a file doesn't open or something is missing, email us within [number, e.g. 14] days and we will fix it or refund you.
Physical products sold on this Site
When we start shipping level boxes and flashcards directly, orders will ship within [number, e.g. 3–5] business days to addresses in [countries, e.g. the United States]. You can return unused items in their original condition within [number, e.g. 30] days for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo within 14 days, and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
App subscriptions
When the app launches, you will be able to cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
