1. Who we are
blazeintolearning.com (the “Site”) is run by [legal business name, e.g. Blaze Designs LLC] (“Blaze Into Learning,” “we,” “us”), [business mailing address]. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site is for parents and teachers
The Site is meant for adults: parents, guardians and teachers. Children may use our lessons and printables with an adult, but accounts, sign-ups and purchases must be made by an adult aged 18 or older.
3. Our books, characters and materials
All books, workbooks, printables, videos, illustrations and characters (including Lia, Mia, Elí and Ted) are owned by Blaze Into Learning and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may print free and purchased printables for use in your own home, classroom or co-op class. You may not resell, share for download, upload to other sites or use them to make other products without our written permission.
4. Purchases
Books sold through Amazon are governed by Amazon's terms and policies. Purchases made directly on this Site are covered by our Shipping & Refunds policy. Prices and availability may change without notice.
5. Accounts and the app
When the Blaze Into Learning app and member area open, you are responsible for keeping your login private and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the Site: no hacking, spamming, copying the Site's content in bulk, or posting anything unlawful or hurtful in comments or messages to us.
7. Educational results
We work hard to make lessons that help children learn, but every child learns at a different pace. We cannot promise any particular result.
8. Links to other sites
The Site links to services we do not control, such as Amazon, YouTube and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
9. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The Site and materials are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Blaze Into Learning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [county, e.g. Salt Lake County], Utah.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
